Requirements
- Minimum 7 years experience in Banking out of which 3 years should be at Executive level with exposure to Branch Operations, Sales and Customer Service.
- A full/part qualification in Banking or CIMA/CIM/ACCA/ACA (completion of the 3rd stage) or Degree from a recognized University
- A Team player with an outgoing Personality and good Marketing skills to develop a profitable customer base through service excellence is essential.
- To spearhead the implementation of the Bank’s business strategies at Branch level.
- Drive the aggressive business plans set for Branches through dynamism and initiative. with regard to credit approvals to SM
- Assume full responsibility for overall supervision of the Branch, including sales, lending and Branch operations.
- Ensure internal and regulatory controls are adhered to.
