Requirements

• Five years (05) experience in IT operations environment managing resources, deploying, maintaining core applications and handling crisis.
• University degree in Engineering, Physical Science, Information Technology or equivalent qualification and preferably a MBA.
• Strong communicational and PR skills.
• Membership from a professional body would be an advantage.
• Plan, coordinate and manage all operational activities of the organization.
• Overseeing and monitoring of all operations and development to ensure the environment is consistent, available, and continuously improving.
• Addressing capacity and performance issues, facilitating the provisioning of additional resources, and crisis management.
• Look for opportunities to combine, divest, or enhance internal processes.
• Work with business partners to ensure services are rendered up to the expectations.
• Maintain healthy group dynamics.
