RECRUITMENT NEEDS

We are hoping to meet an enthusiastic, motivated and professional individual who share our relentless passion for ensuring professional high quality work standards. This unique individual will be placed in either Pasikuda or Nilaveli.

SPA THERAPIST

As a Spa Therapist you are responsible to coordinate with the daily operation of the departments, delivering high standard of spa treatments and services to all guests Liaise with the spa team and deal with queries in a professional and effective manner, schedule Assist if required with contact and correspondence to guests Prepare for and execute of spa services to all guests Conduct body and treatment evaluations and reassessments if needed for guests.

REQUIREMENTS

·         Prior experience in similar capacity with good Interpersonal and communication skills

·         Good knowledge of different types of massage would be an advantage, if necessary training will be given

·         Equipment operations knowledge would be advantageous ensuring equipment and treatment rooms are well-maintained

·         Knowledge of herbal therapy would be advantageous

·         Perform facial and body treatments on guests

·         Assist doctors in administering aesthetic procedures on guests

·         Attend to customers' requests and enquiries when necessary

·         Ensure equipment and treatment rooms are well-maintained

·         Willing to work shift hours including evenings and weekends if necessary

·         Basic knowledge essential however training will be provided.
