A European company is looking to hire a manager to assist with starting a workwear manufacturing company in Sri Lanka.
Personal requirements
• Speaks and writes English (this is a must).
• Background from garment or workwear manufacturing, assisting with designs.
• Able to work solo or in a group.
• Knows the basics for UE, CE certifications and standards.
• Knowledge of fabric selection and suppliers.
• Has a positive attitude.
• Have a valid driver’s license and possibly an access to a car.
• Basic computer skills.
The right individual will be tasked to
• Assist with finding suitable rental housing for manufacturing.
• Recommending and negotiation purchase of machinery needed.
• Hiring of staff.
• Purchasing of garment materials.
• Daily oversight og personal.
• Quality control on all stages of manufacturing from purchasing material to delivery.
In essential we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled manager who’s is willing to adapt to new things with a large filed of expertise and willing to work hard and benefit from it.
