Requirements
- Should have at least 10 years' experience in a star class hotel or a restaurant.
- Must have experience in Western Eastern and Chinese food preparation.
- Ability to plan/create menu, calculating food cost and in depth knowledge of hygiene procedures.
- Need to supervise, trained.
- Managed to staff and run the day-to-day operations in efficient and effective manner.
