City Housing and Real Estate PLC in a public quoted company in engaged in Real Estate Business for over three decades, having developed flagship projects such as Trillium Residencies & City Homes, and due to our rapid expansion programme, we are looking for extraordinary individuals to fill the following vacancy.
Requirements
- BSc in Quantity Surveying qualification or equivalent.
- At least 3 years experience.
- Ability to prepare BOG, Quotations, evaluation of contractor claims.
- Contract administration.
