Competency-fit

  • Set targets for the Branch and drive the team to achieve them.
  • Organize deposit mobilization campaigns to achieve targets while maintaining a close rapport with Customers.
  • Evaluate credit proposals expeditiously to achieve lending targets while maintaining NPL ratio to a.minimum.
  • Cross selling of banking products to optimize Customer revenue.
  • Identify new avenues of increasing revenue.

Requirements

  • Self motivated target driven individuals.
  • A degree or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized university / institution.
  • 5 years post qualifying experience in a Bank out.
  • Which 2 years should be in a Branch.
  • AIB / Diploma A Bank Management with 07 years experience.
  • A a Bank out which 2 years should be in a Branch.
  • GCE Advance Level (old syllabus).
  • Three posses A GCE Advance Level (new syllabus).
  • 15 years A experience in a Bank out.
  • Which 5 years should be in a Branch managerial level.
  • Proven track record of leadership skills A develop.
  • Manage a team environment.
  • Preference would be given to permanent residents of the Northern B North Central Provinces.

Upper age limit is 57 years. If the successful candidate is above 45 years he/she will be recruited on contract basis.
