Competency-fit
- As the Operations Manager, you are responsible for managing and developing the supplier database in Sri Lanka.
- Expanding to other Asian destination.
- You will also work closely with sales consultants and customer care specialists to handle all bookings of packages.
Requirements
- Experience in handling ground operations (transport, hotels).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the tourism industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Above average computer literacy.
- The ideal candidate will be below 35 years of age.
