We're an A Grade Guest House in Negombo looking for an experienced member for our front office team with waiting and guest relations experience with excellent customer service skills and an excellent command of English.
Fire Dragon Guest House (www.firedragonguesthouse.com) is a European-standard A Grade Tourist Board Approved Guest House and restaurant a short distance from Jetwing Sea Hotel on the land side of Negombo beach. We are looking for the right team member to join our small and very busy team. The right candidate must have the following skills and qualities.
Skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English
At least 6 years experience working in hospitality, specifically within guest relations and food service
Excellent delivery of customer service
Cost and inventory management experience would be an advantage
Computer skills would be an advantage
Qualities
Excellent personal hygiene and good personal presentation
Good attitude towards teamwork and the flexibility to do whatever is required
Confidence in talking to European guests
Honest & Hard working
Excellent time keeping skills
