PROJECTS COORDINATOR
MICRO Constructions (Pte.) Ltd., (subsidiary ofmIcno Cars Ltd.) is an ICTAD registered M1 graded, ISO certified construction company.We are looking for a dynamic,self motivated, dedicated and goal oriented candidates for the following positions with long-term commitment and ability to drive the company to achieve construction excellence.
Requirements
- BSc or equivalent qualifications.
- 5 - 7 years of experience in projects operations and coordination.
- Should be very well conversant with ICTAD & FIDIC Conditions of Contract.
- Contract Agreements
- Project planning, execution & monitoring.
- Ability to negotiate with the labour & specialized sub contractors, etc.
- He should be dynamic, self motivated, dedicated & committed person willing to travel extensively to visit the construction sites, attending site meetings, negotiation with Clients / Consultants, Post Contract Management etc.
- Experience in similar position previously will be an added qualification.
- Ability to write & communicate in English language is essential for the post.
