• Preferably 2 years experience in the tour industry
• Experience in planning & executing tour itineraries, tour costing
• Exposure to procurement and reservation activities
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Proficient/skilled in MS Office, internet and email
• Knowledge in any foreign language will be a distinct advantage

JD: The Tour executive will be required to effectively manage the tour business of the group,

•                 To procure best deals with suppliers to meet demands
•                 Have up to date applicable rates for each market and period
•                 Filing of bookings, analyze bookings by market,  maintain an accurate database
•                 To continuously source and service new businesses
•                 Oversee and manage the operational activities to ensure efficient delivery of services
•                 Established links with overseas tour operators to expand business
•                 Regular follow-up and submit weekly/periodical reports to management
•                 Understand regulatory and compliance matters with regard to tourism
•                 To have a comprehensive knowledge about hotels, distances, timing, etc.
•                 To have a very good knowledge of hotels and other tourist destinations.
