Colombo Institute of Research & Psychology (CIRP) is South Asia's leading tertiary educational organization in psychology and psychological research with its affiliations to Coventry University & University of Hertfordshire. Currently around 450 students are studying at CIRP at Diploma, Undergraduate & Postgraduate Levels, and to facilitate these students CIRP operates in three sites, the main campus, Learning resource centre and the therapeutic & assessment centre.
Recent expansion of the institute has created many opportunities for young, dynamic & self driven individuals to join CIRP at various capacities.

IT Department

Accounts Executive (El)

The Selected individual will be responsible for the overall functioning of the accounts department including,

• Supervising & guiding the Accounts Clerks

• Preparation of Monthly & Annual Accounts

• Liasing with banks & auditors

• Liasing with EPF, ETF & Tax Departments

Applicants should have full / part qualifications in accountancy with at least 5 years experience in The preparation of accounts/ auditing of a private company.


Accounts Clerks (52)

The Selected individuals will be responsible for the day to day functions of an accounts departments including

• Recording daily income & expenses

• Petty Cash, Cheque Writing, Debtors

Applicants should possess full / part qualifications in accountancy with at least 2 years experience in an accounts departments. School leavers with good grades for accounts will also be considered.

IT Department

IT Executive (E2)

The Selected candidate will be responsible for

• Maintaining & troubleshooting the networks

• Maintaining & Troubleshooting Software

• Maintaining & Troubleshooting Hardware

Applicants should be qualified in the respective field with experience in networking and repairing laptops, PCs and printers.

programmer(s2)

 the selected candidate will be responsible for

• Developing new software required for the institute

• Maintaining & Upgrading the online student portal

Applicant must be qualified in programming and have experience in developing software based on client requirements.

Graphic Designer(52)

Selected candidate will be responsible for

• Designing layouts for an international magazine

• Designing press advertisements for CIRP

• Designing leaflets & booklets for CIRP

Applicants must be qualified in graphic designing using the latest techniques and have at least 2 years experience at a press advertising firm or a magazine. Individuals with no experience but with excellent creativity will be considered as trainees.

Marketing Department

Senior Marketing Executive (El)

The Selected individual will be responsible for planning & implementation of advertising, marketing & prornotional strategies to achieve rnarketing targets & goals of the institute.

He/ She will also be in charge of the junior marketing executives and be responsible for guiding & motivating thern to achieve their individual targets.

Applicants should have full/part qualifications in marketing and at least 3 years experience in a similar position with a proven track record of achieving targets.

Junior Marketing Executives (E3)

The Selected individuals will be responsible for marketing products & services of the CIRP including

• Student counseling & recruitment

Marketing staff should be excellent in English with pleasing personality and good presentation skills. Individuals who studied in English mediurn at University / School level will be given preference.

Administration Department

Managernent Trainees (E3)

Student Coordinators (E3)

Administration Coordinators (E3)

Selected individuals will be allocated to the student affairs office for the following tasks

• Student counseling & Career guidance

• Managing student resources such as libraries & the student portal

• Student administration functions

• Helping the management with general administration
applicants should have a bachelor,s degree or equivalent, excellent School leavers may apply as trainees.
