An newly established Lottery companys recruiting suitable candidate to fill the following post
Logistics Officer (1)
Responsibilities:
- Manage demand planning and forecasting to achieve optimal inventory level
- Monitoring of forwarders and ensure trade documents are well in place
- Planning, organizing and management of warehouse operations
- Develop and manage stock control, receipt, storage and retrieval procedures
- Develop cost reduction measures in warehouse operations
- Develop and maintenance of relating operational KPIs
Requirements
- Tertiary education in the field of logistics or equivalent
- 5 years' experience in logistics and warehouse operations
- Solid experience in managing inbound receiving and outbound distribution
- knowledge of ERP and WMS systems
- Good interpersonal, communication and people manaement skills
