Duties
- Gather all stock details from the shops and prepare the daily sales and stock balance report.
- Calculate the daily cash collection.
- Report to head office all stock balance, cash collected and sales for entering to ERP.
- Advise the Operations-in-charge on purchase requirements of each wine shop.
- Enter the daily purchases, raise GRNs, sales and payments of wine shops to the ERP.
- Enter all the relevant transactions in the ERP.
- Produce reports and schedules to the accountant to produce financial statements.
Requirements
- Passed the GCE A/L in commerce stream.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the finance department.
- Posses at least a part qualification from a recognized accounting professional course.
- A thorough knowledge in MS office/excel.
- Ability to work in ERP environment.
- Communication ability in English - both written and spoken.
