Accounts Executive
Rockland Distilleries (Pvt) Ltd, a well-established manufacturing and distribution company, one of the fastest growing in their specific industry with strong brands seek dynamic individuals to join their team.
Duties
- Preparation of profit and loss accounts.
- Preparation of various analysis and reconciliations.
- Cost controlling - monitor expenses and ensure that they are paid in accordance.
- With the estimated amounts.
- Ensure all payments are duly authorized and they are made to the correct party.
- Ensure that all the applicable taxes are paid on time and follow-up of return filing on due dates.
- Coordinate/follow-up with the operations in-charge for various internal controls.
- Ensure that the monthly cash flow is not negative.
Requirements
- Part qualified in CASL, CIMA or ACCA.
- Completed CMA or AAT.
- Passed the GCE A/L in commerce stream.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the finance department.
- Preferably in preparation of financial statements.
- A thorough knowledge in MS office/excel.
- Ability to work in ERP environment.
- Communication ability in English - both written and spoken.
- Adequate knowledge in revenue related taxes.
