SENOK TRADE COMBINE PRIVATE LIMITED invites applications from suitably qualified persons for the following position to work in Pre Cast Factory at Seenigama.The pre-cast concrete factory manager is responsible for general supervision of all phases of factory operations including: production, quality control, and maintenance.
Requirements
- Work as a hands-on Foreman in the production of precast concrete elements in the factory.
- Should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the production of pre cast concrete products including beams.
- Responsibilities will includes.
- Train new employees and assign employees to crew duties.
- Organize crew and make sure they are doing quality work.
- Work with factory manager to schedule manpower needs.
- Read element production drawings and follow oral instructions.
- Measure distances and setting and block outs as required by plans.
- Producing elements to plans and specifications.
- Experience in managing skilled labour force in a Pre cast Factory.
