China Harbor Engineering Company Limited is a worldwide, large —scale construction company which has more than 30 overseas subsidiary companies located in Asia, Middle East, Africa and Latin America. With the increasing volume of work to be managed from the Country Representative's Office, we are looking for new talent with appropriate qualification and experience to join our team in the capacity of the post.

Duties

• You would play a key role in building projects.
• Managing the costs from the early design stages.
• Through to project completion.
• You would make sure that the projects meet legal and quality standards.
• Carry out feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs.
• Negotiate and draw up bids for tenders and contracts.
• Monitor each stage of construction to make sure that costs are in line with forecasts.
• Provide financial progress reports.
• Advise clients on legal and contractual matters.

Requirements

• A degree related to quantity surveying or civil engineering.
• Minimum 5 years' work experience in building construction.
• Have a clear understanding of building regulations and other legal guidelines.
• Age below 35 years.
