Duties

• Ideal candidate will be reporting and working closely with AGM Business Development/ Marketing to achieve the set targets.
• Managing the sales and business development function of the branch.
• Building market position by Locating, defining, negotiating and closing business relationships.
• Identify the trend setting ideas by screening and analyzing industry and market strategies.
• Plan and develop the potential market products with the help of AGM Business Development.
• To achieve the given targets by liaising with the Lending & Deposit marketing staff.
• Working closely with customers and external institutes to improve the brand image and brand positioning of the company.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in similar capacity with a good customer base.
• Hands on experience in business development, marketing and sales.
• Proven strong managerial skills and leadership skills with a dynamic character.
• Sound credit evaluation skills.
• Good knowledge of Mortgage loan procedures will be added advantage.
• High level of communication skills and PR skills.
• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
