AGM - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

TKS Finance looking for a suitable candidate for the post.

Duties

• The ideal candidate would Market and develop the company's financial products and services.
• Provide strategic and effective leadership for the company and management to establish long 
• range goals, strategies, plans and policies for the organization as a whole.
• Generate Leads through professional network and market intelligence to increase the Lending 
• & Deposit base of the company.
• Manage the Marketing Strategy by image building, brand projection to rapidly grow in both 
• corporate and government sector.
• Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning the allocated team 
• members; following up on work results.
• Provide periodic sales updates / MIS on the Business development activities.
• Monitoring the market trends and the development in the Finance sector to identify and 
• develop new potential market and new business opportunities.
• Active engagement with the marketing team and branches to drive the growth of the business 
• of the company.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of industry experience in a similar field in a bank or a finance company 
• with a sound customer base.
• Hands on experience in business development, marketing and sales.
• Sound credit evaluation skills and good knowledge & experience in Mortgage loans.
• Proven managerial skills and leadership skills.
• High level of communication skills and PR skills.
• Ability to manage a team to hit aggressive deadlines with high quality work.
• Good oral, written communication skills, presentation and facilitation skills in English.
• A Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
• Experience in the banking & finance sector would be an added advantage.
