CHIEF ENGINEER
The Grand Oriental Hotel, a pioneer in the hospitality trade is seeking for dynamic and experienced persons to fill the following vacancy.
Requirements
- At least 03 years experience in a similar capacity.
- Very good knowledge in preventive maintenance of all Hotel equipment and in rooms.
- Implementing procedures.
- To introduce SOP's and efficiently manage the department.
- To maintain all equipment.
- Air Conditioning units.
- Chill water system.
- Electrical and Mechanical systems.
- Refrigerators, Generators.
- Good command of English language and computer literacy.
- The candidate should be below 50 years of age.
- With a BSc. degree in Engineering or NDT or equivalent.
- With at least 10 years of work experience in the Hotel Industry.
