Requirements

• The Ideal candidate should be possess a degree in mechanical engineering or any related qualification.
• With a minimum of 5 years' work experience in a similar capacity.
• Leadership skills.
• Analytical and problem solving ability.
• Communication skills.
• The tendency to take initiative are key attributes sought in the individual.
• Applicants should have experience in providing building services consisting of air conditioning plants.
• Water & Sewage treatment plants.
• Kitchen and laundry equipment and swimming pool.
• Initiating energy management procedures.
• Leading energy management initiative within the hotel.
• Ensuring general maintenance of the hotel.
• Preparation of departmental annual budgets.
• Ensuring safety within the property.
• Maintaining all records pertaining to machinery.
• Equipment and there maintenance.
• Initiating preventing maintenance procedures.
• Development of maintenance associates.
