HR Manager

Duties
- Develop & Manage the Human Resources function of the Hotel in line with its strategic objectives.
- Develop, Initiate and manage the recruitment strategies of the hotel.
- Initiate employee retention strategies.
- Identify and develop training plans and conduct training activities.
- Develop and implement procedures for handling disciplinary and grievances.
- Management of general HR administration.
- Staff Accommodation.
Requirements
- Experience in the Hotel industry will be a definite advantage.
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation skills.
- A good motivator and a trainer.
- Age below 50 years.
